Four phases. Zero guesswork.

  1. PHASE 01 / 04

    Discover →

Stakeholder interviews, audits and competitive teardowns. I map what exists, who it serves and exactly where it breaks.

  2. PHASE 02 / 04

    Define →

Findings become structure - user flows, information architecture and the success metrics we'll design against.

  3. PHASE 03 / 04

    Design →

Wireframes to high-fidelity UI inside a living design system - prototyped and pressure-tested before a line ships.

  4. PHASE 04 / 04

    Deliver ✓

Production-ready front-end in HTML, SCSS and JS - pixel-accurate, responsive, and handed off with documentation.
